Shubhankar is a senior member of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team. After obtaining degree in Bachelors of Law from the Bangalore University and working for 7 years with a Designated Senior Advocate of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Shubhankar joined the ranks of the firm in September, 2018 as a Principal Associate.
Shubhankar brings to the firm more than 7 years of litigation experience having practiced in various courts and tribunals which include the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and all the District Courts at New Delhi. While practicing in these Courts and tribunals he has obtained knowledge and expertise of various jurisdictions including the Original/Civil Side, Appellate Side, Constitutional Side of the High Court, Consumer jurisdiction, Company jurisdiction, insolvency matters, arbitrations, etc.,Shubhankar is also actively involved in various corporate and company law related advisories besides stamp duty and labour law relates issues.

Sanchit is part of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team and has recently joined the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, he was associated with Lex-Chambers. He has over four years of experience and has extensively handled matters at various fora including Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Commissions, District Courts of Delhi. He has worked on several commercial litigations. He has rich experience before various district courts and other tribunals.
Shaleen Srivastava

Shaleen is part of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team. He has varied experience in civil and commercial litigation along with general corporate and transaction advisory. He has successfully handled and assisted in Writ Proceedings pertaining to commercial and non-commercial issues before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
As part of the Firm’s Litigation Team, Shaleen has been involved in matters pertaining to oppression and mismanagement, restoration of companies, dishonor of negotiable instruments, challenge of government tenders/bids, consumer protection, etc., He has also been actively involved in several arbitral proceedings at various stages.
He is also an active member of the Firm involved in various corporate advisories, drafting of Conveyances, Agreements and MoUs. Besides this, he is also actively involved in IP registrations, prosecutions and IP related disputes.
Vinod Kapoor

Pursued B.B.A.LL.B(Hons.) in the year 2015 from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun (UPES). Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. He is part of the Real Estate transaction and advisory team of the Firm. He is also actively involved in some major cases before Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi and appears before Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, National Green Tribunal, Consumer Forum and District Courts.
He has handled Litigation in various areas of law including Corporate commercial disputes, Civil disputes, Real Estate, Public Interest Litigation, Writ Petition, Environment Law matters, Service matters, Arbitration, Consumer dispute, Family dispute.He is experienced in litigation practice and has widely dealt with contentious and non-contentious issues. Also, involved in client advisory in all aspects of law and has experience in drafting and vetting of legal documents for the Firm.

Nikhil is a graduate from the ILS Law College, Pune and has completed his Masters of Law with Honours from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. During his education, he has participated in various moot courts in India and around the world, he has notably been adjudged the Best Speaker at the Herbert Smith Corporate Law Moot Court.
He is a retained counsel with Mr. Akhil Sibal, Senior Advocate and has assisted and appeared before various forums including the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCTL, APTEL to name a few. His primary focus is on commercial and family disputes covering a number of subject areas including arbitration, intellectual property, company law, contracts, and civil trials. He is an avid golfer, a budding chef and an art enthusiast.
